After graduating from Pulaski County High School as a member of the Class of '87, I immediately left for Army basic training.  After a little over 11 years of active duty, I made the decision to move back to Pulaski County and live a normal life.  Nine months later I was involved in a near fatal accident that left me learning to walk again.

While recovering from that accident, I rediscovered a love of photography and began taking pictures at local rec league games.  That soon turned into taking pictures at the high school, and then I was ask to help provide sports coverage for The Southwest Times.

A few short years later, I now find myself serving as the sports editor, and the coverage has increased even more.

I have truly enjoyed the journey, and look forward to what the future holds.
